About the Organizer
Tiffany deSilva, MSW, LSW, Professional Organizer
Tiffany is the founding member of Order and BalanceSM, LLC and the principal organizer for the company. Tiffany earned her B.A. in Sociology and her Masters in Social Work from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. She is a proud member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), the Ohio Chapter of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO-Ohio), the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization (NSGCD), and the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
Tiffany's training and education in Sociology and Social work, as well as her experience in the health care field, has equipped her with a unique understanding of the challenges that clients may face in their journey to gain and maintain order in their lives, schedules, and physical spaces. More importantly, her experience and education has armed her with the expertise to find solutions to those challenges.
Tiffany's philosophy is that even the largest task can be accomplished if you tackle it step by step.
My goal as a professional organizer is to provide clients with the skills and information that will empower them to make changes that will positively impact their lives.
